Chemical peel is a skin exfoliating treatment that uses chemical solution to exfoliate the upper layers of skin, resulting in reduced pigmentation, dark spots, even skin tone and improve texture.
They cause controlled exfoliation or peeling of the upper layers of skin to reveal healthy brighter layers of skin.
The skin is cleansed first then a chemical solution is applied over the concerned areas and then neutralized to remove the peel after some time. It takes about an hour for the procedure.
They lighten dark spots, acne and acne marks. They also improve fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone and improve skin texture.

Mild redness and stinging are the most common, which will subside in few hours after the procedure.

Anyone who has cold sores, open wounds, active infection over the face. Pregnant and breast-feeding mothers are avoided.

Usually, 4-5 sessions are required to get optimal results.
