Warts are growths on the skin that are   caused by infection with HPV virus (Human Papilloma Virus) 

Warts can grow anywhere over the body where the virus comes into contact with a broken skinWarts can appear anywhere on the body where the human papillomavirus (HPV) comes into contact with broken skin. The most common areas for warts include:
. Around the nails and fingers
. On the face, neck, hands, and feet
. Genital area (genital warts)

Chemical ablation, cryotherapy, laser ablation, intralesional injection, and radio frequency ablation are some of the treatment options for warts.

Radio frequency ablation is a modality of treatment for warts, where the growth is burned using radiofrequency heating and the wound heals with normal skin.

90% of the patients have complete clearing of the infection, but 10% can recur.

A local anesthetic is injected to make the procedure pain free.

It takes around 7 to 10 days for complete healing.
